What We Do:
We buy commercial real estate with a focus on self storage facilities. Over the last 7 years we have facilitated over $40 million in real estate transactions.
Who We Are:
We aren't a big REIT or giant corporation. We are a family run business established in 2014 and located in Fishers, IN.
How We Do It:
We generally purchase properties directly from the sellers, no brokers or brokerage fees and no listing hassles, which is a plus for our sellers. Of course, we also work with brokers on properties that are already on the market.
When We Buy:
We are always looking to add properties to our portfolio, at any occupancy rate and regardless of the condition .
Who we are.
Miles is the third generation to work in the real estate investment industry. His career started in 2014 with the formation of Mattingly Real Estate Investors. He was born and raised in Indianapolis and is an alumnus of Indiana University. He excels in putting together creative real estate deals for sellers and investors alike. Miles also holds a real estate brokers license in the state of Indiana.
Steve has a long and successful career in real estate investment. Having owned something in almost every commercial and residential asset class. He also boast over 30 years in the construction industry and is the founder/owner of Mattingly Construction. He is an Indianapolis native and alumnus of Indiana University.
